Service Policies
-One hour minimum charge for any on site service
-Fifteen minute minimum for any in store or remote service
-Computer Techniques LLC. is not liable for any data loss and it is the responsibility of the customer to have his or her data backed up.
-In-store service work will be performed on a fires come first serve basis.
-Emergency service rates will be in effect if we need to reschedule other appointments an/or your request causes an inconvenience to other customers.
-After hour emergency rates will be in effect if you require assistance or service after our normal business hours including CTI observed holidays.
-If a device is NOT picked up after 60 days from being serviced it becomes property of CTI.
